Alessandra Chapman

Alessandra (Allie) Chapman is the Manager of Policy and Engagement. In this role, Allie develops educational resources on the impacts of trade and supply chain policies on clean energy technologies.

Prior to joining ACORE, Allie served as the Policy Manager of the Center for Grid Security at SAFE, where she developed analysis of energy policies relevant to the security of the power grid, including its connection to military installations and the defense industrial base. She previously worked as a Congressional fellow within the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology after serving five years in the US Air Force as an air battle manager.

Allie holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Delaware and an MA in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
