Siting America
Enabling the policy certainty necessary to expand low-cost clean power development in rural America.
About
Inconsistent and overly restrictive state and county siting ordinances are increasingly becoming a barrier to developing the low-cost power America’s economy needs to grow.
Siting America is a nationally coordinated effort to bring the best practices for siting new clean energy projects to state and county decision-makers. In collaboration with our regional partners, Renewable Northwest, Interwest Energy Alliance, and the Southern Renewable Energy Association, the campaign is currently active in three states.
