ACORE Comments on the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Transmission Needs Study
In these comments on the Department of Energy (DOE) draft National Transmission Needs Study, ACORE commends the DOE for documenting the multiple values of transmission and the significant need for expanded transmission. ACORE recommends improvements for the final study, primarily the inclusion of a quantitative assessment of regional and interregional transmission needs.
