As the Communications Associate overseeing press operations, Tamari Palmer brings a creative, thoughtful approach to shaping how stories are shared. In her role, she manages media engagement, oversees ACORE’s newsletters, and leads ACORE’s social media.

Tamari began her career as a reporter before moving into content creation and later serving as a Public Affairs Specialist at NAVSEA Carderock. Her professional path reflects a strong foundation in storytelling, visual communication, and public engagement.

A South Carolina native and proud graduate of the illustrious South Carolina State University, she carries her Bulldog pride and her membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated with a spirit of purpose and vision.

Outside of work, Tamari enjoys hiking, discovering new activities in the DMV, traveling, and supporting friends and family with personal branding content and photography. She is a communicator and creator at heart, always drawn to capturing meaningful stories.
