2016 Annual Report

The sector is thriving. After a banner year in 2015, when wind and solar development were spurred by the imminent expiration of tax credits, there was good reason to anticipate a minor let-down in 2016. Instead, deployment levels increased to a record total of 22 gigawatts of new renewable capacity.
