Jeremy Horan serves as ACORE’s Vice President for Government Affairs.
With nearly 20 years of service in the U.S. Congress and executive branch, Jeremy has extensive experience advancing and defending the intersecting economic, national security, and environmental benefits of clean energy policies in a variety of political contexts. He brings a firsthand understanding of Congressional and executive branch processes and procedures, including the federal budget, tax, and appropriations processes, National Defense Authorization Acts, and others.
He is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges where he studied political science and public policy.
