Frank Tugwell, now an independent consultant, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Winrock International from 1999 to 2013.  Winrock is a nonprofit global development organization that carries on the philanthropic work, both domestically and internationally, of the Rockefeller family in the fields of renewable energy, agriculture and rural development.  As President, he was responsible for leading the organization and advancing its mission to increase long-term productivity, equity, and responsible resource management to benefit the poor and disadvantaged of the world.
