ACORE is committed to social and economic justice as part of the transition to a greener future, and is actively working to cultivate a culture of inclusion and equity within the renewable energy sector. Equitable representation is an important step to increasing the availability of affordable, pollution-free renewable energy for urban and rural communities. As part of the effort to achieve a more inclusive renewable energy sector, we are therefore seeking to build opportunities for smaller renewable energy companies owned and operated by women and/or people of color.
ACORE’s Accelerate Membership Program is designed to support the success of small emerging renewable energy companies owned and/or operated by leaders who identify as women, Asian-Indian, Asian-Pacific, Black, Hispanic, or Native American. ACORE supports Accelerate members through a complimentary two-year ACORE membership, dedicated staff, free access to ACORE paid events, targeted industry briefings, exclusive tools, connections and advocacy.

ACORE accomplishes much of its work by convening key stakeholders, facilitating partnerships, educating senior officials on important policies, publishing research and analysis on pressing issues, and undertaking strategic outreach on the market drivers and financial structures essential to renewable energy growth.
