Advance Capital Markets, Inc. a private investment firm with a long and successful track record in the energy and power industries and is a partner in Arena Investments a SBIC providing growth capital to clean energy companies. Michael Ware has served as a financial advisor to private equity funds, international energy firms, independent power companies as well as several successful entrepreneurial enterprises. Mr. Ware served as a Managing Director at Good Energies (GEI) a leading global investor in renewable energy and energy efficiency from 2002-2010. GEI invested $1.4 billion in 34 clean energy companies. He has been investing in and financing renewable energy companies and projects since 1983. Mr. Ware has financed projects or companies in wind, solar (PV, CPV, and thermal), geothermal, biomass, biofuels and energy efficiency. He has also served on the Board of several NASDAQ and NYSE companies.

Mr. Ware is a member of the Investor Advisory Board at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and is an advisor to the Environmental and Energy Management Institute (EEMI) at George Washington University where he also serves as an Adjunct Professor.
