Meghan Schultz is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer for Invenergy, where she leads the corporate finance and capital market functions for the organization. The team of 150+ individuals is responsible for capital formation, lender and investor management, tax, treasury, FP&A, accounting and M&A. Her team covers all parts of Invenergy’s business, wind, solar, storage, transmission, hydrogen and gas fired projects that Invenergy builds around the world.
Schultz has overseen the execution of more than $50 billion in private equity investments, power plant acquisitions and sales, and project debt and tax equity financing. She has been involved in the execution of over 20,000 megawatts of renewable energy projects and 2,500 megawatts of new natural gas projects.
Schultz is a current board member of ACORE. Meghan and Invenergy have been honored by numerous industry awards in her 16 year tenor at the organization. Prior to joining Invenergy in 2008, Schultz was a Vice President at Bank of America and at ABN AMRO. She earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
