Kathy is the Vice President of Government Affairs at Nextracker. Previously at First Solar, Kathy worked for Centex Corporation, a leading national homebuilder. As Vice President of Government and Public Affairs, Kathy managed federal, state and local legislative and regulatory issues affecting the company. Kathy was also responsible for managing the Centex Political Action Committee as well as representing Centex within various trade and business associations. Prior to joining Centex, Kathy worked for MeadWestvaco, a global paper and packaging company, holding management positions in Government Relations and Investor Relations during her tenure.

Kathy has an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master’s degree in political management from the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.
