Frank Palladino joined Walmart in 2023 to lead the Offsite Energy Investment team, shaping Walmart’s grid-scale energy investment strategy. His team drives power trading and origination, clean energy procurement, and tax-based investments that advance Walmart’s goals of creating an affordable, reliable, and clean energy future. These initiatives support Walmart’s journey to 100% clean energy while strengthening the grid and delivering shared value for Walmart and its communities.
Frank came to Walmart from CIBC, where he led U.S. investment banking coverage for Renewable Energy, helping build a top-tier advisory and lending franchise. Prior to CIBC, he was part of the leadership team at Carbon Reduction Capital and spent nine years at KPMG advising clients on renewable energy and technology M&A.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Loyola University Maryland and is a CFA Charterholder. He lives in Bentonville with his wife and four children.
