Andrew Hoffner serves as ACORE’s Senior Manager, Executive Office and Board Liaison, supporting the President & CEO and the Board of Directors and coordinating executive materials and communication across internal teams.

He brings extensive experience in the Executive Branch, the United States Congress, and national campaigns. Andrew served in the Biden Administration at both the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the White House, directing operations and supporting strategic coordination for Cabinet officials and senior government leadership. He previously worked on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant advising on education, transportation, trade, and environmental policy.

Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Saint Louis University. He also holds a private aircraft pilot’s license.
