Senior Vice President, Environmental Finance Team, U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance

Adam Altenhofen is a Senior Vice President for U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance (a subsidiary of U.S. Bank) and is part of the environmental finance team where he leads product development efforts stemming from the Inflation Reduction Act. Additionally, he has led efforts in project financing lending and leasing that support the energy transition. During his tenure with Impact Finance, Mr. Altenhofen has been responsible for either originating or closing investments that financed over 8 GW of solar and wind capacity. Prior to his current role, he held positions as a business development officer and senior underwriter for Impact Finance’s renewable energy investments group and held positions in power and energy lending. His background includes more than 19 years of experience in structured and corporate finance for power projects, electric and water utilities, and independent power producers. Mr. Altenhofen received a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
