Prior to joining ACORE, Noah interned for World Resources Institute and the Democratic Staff of the U.S. House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis to advocate for state and federal clean energy legislation. Noah also developed nature education programs for youth and researched environmental policies at an animal rights nonprofit.
Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy with a Politics and Policy concentration from the University of Maryland, where he was a Federal Fellow for Energy and Environmental Policy.
