Dr. Brown has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Inspiration to Start Company

My inspiration for starting IWNL Energy comes from my background in aerospace engineering and my passion for human performance. Through my experience designing engineering systems and training solutions for space shuttles and military fighter jets at Lockheed Martin to being the Head of Training for Siemens Energy, I gained a unique perspective on approaching performance challenges from multiple angles. My career journey has gone from engineering to the realm of learning and development, to being the founder and CEO of IWNL Energy. IWNL Energy is now where I am leveraging my expertise to create innovative training solutions to fill the gaps in training workers for careers in wind energy.
