Kevin Gresham is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Affairs for RWE Clean Energy, and has extensive electric industry experience. RWE Clean Energy is one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies with more than 5 gigawatts of wind, solar and battery energy storage generation capacity in North America. Mr. Gresham directs RWE’s government relations, federal and state regulatory activities, and public affairs in the Americas.
Mr. Gresham is also serving as Board Chair for the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), Chair of the North American Generator Forum, Chair of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA)’s Federal Affairs Committee, on the Advanced Power Alliance’s Executive Committee currently as treasurer, and he participates in the American Clean Power Association (ACP) legislative, public affairs and transmission committees. Mr. Gresham previously served on the Board of Directors for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) representing independent generators and the United States Department of Commerce’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee.
Prior to joining RWE Clean Energy, Gresham, as Regulatory Affairs Director for Reliant Energy, was integral to formulation of market rules for the ERCOT competitive market transition, including chairing ERCOT’s Protocol Revision Subcommittee for 9 years. His experience also includes involvement with PJM, MISO, California and the West. Gresham earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Economics from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.
