June 30 -- I was raised in Shelbyville and have just returned to my home state, Kentucky. Over the past 30 years, I have been privileged to work with teams that developed, built and operated electric power plants around the U.S. and world, including the last five years in developing utility-scale renewable projects in the U.S.

In response to Speaker Greg Stumbo’s June 19 op-ed, “Germany has seen its renewable energy policy falter,” Stumbo needs to cite facts and not excerpts from one source as he did with Nancy Grant’s article. I ask him to have more courage and promote choices such as passing legislation that allows businessmen like myself the opportunity to build large-scale renewable projects and create jobs in Kentucky. >>View Article
