June 11 -- A mistake is sitting on Gov. John Kasich’s desk. It’s called Substitute Senate Bill 310. If Kasich signs it — and he shouldn’t — the bill freezes for two years state-required renewable-energy and solar-energy requirements.

Then, unless the General Assembly passes another bill, SB 310 would reapply state benchmarks in 2017 — at what would have been 2015 levels. >>View Article
