March 24 -- West Virginia has been a national leader in confronting our nation's energy challenges. Throughout the 20th century, it was West Virginians who helped develop the vast fossil fuel resources — like coal — that powered America's rise to a global economic superpower.
And as a native West Virginian, I am proud of our leadership and the role we have played in our nation's energy history.
