Frank Tugwell

Mr. Tugwell is President and Chief Executive Officer of Winrock International. Prior to joining Winrock, he served as Executive Director of the Heinz Endowments. Mr. Tugwell has also held positions as founder and President of the Environmental Enterprises Assistance Fund and served as Deputy Assistant Administrator in the U.S. Agency for International Development. Mr. Tugwell was Professor and Department Chair at Pomona College and Claremont Graduate School.
