Director of Finance and Administration
Mark Blaylock, who joined ACORE in October 2012, is the Director of Finance and Administration at ACORE. His responsibilities include all aspects of financial accounting, management and budgeting for the organization. Additionally, he oversees the office administration, including facilities and vendor relationships, and assists with ACORE’s various events. He also serves as ACORE’s Assistant Treasurer.
Mark joined ACORE from the commercial banking world where he worked for over 25 years. He assisted in starting and managing several start-up community banks, where he was responsible for areas of finance, investments, human resources and information technology. He also spent 5 years consulting to financial services institutions in the areas of process improvement and system development.
Mark has a B.S. degree from Philadelphia College of Bible and a MBA in Finance from Temple University.
