ACORE Policy Center
Renewable Energy Communications and Policy Program (RECAP)
Working to bring all forms of renewable energy into the mainstream of
America's economy and lifestyle.
Building the economic case for renewable energy.
A key objective of the American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE) is to illuminate policy makers and thought leaders on the benefits of integrating renewable energy in our nation's energy future.
To achieve this effort, ACORE has launched the Renewable Energy Communications and Policy Program (RECAP) aimed at communications and data development for policy makers, media and thought leaders to promote all renewable energy options and to talk about their significant role in the U.S. economy, building on the strength of our 500+ member organizations.
This site will be a resource center supporting the case that investment in the renewable energy industry from finance to venture, to sound & certain public policy is the way to achieve the following goals:
- National Security & Energy Independence
- Stimulate our Economy
- Create American Jobs
- Preserve our Technological Edge
We invite all ACORE Members, weather they be association, non-profits, corporations, professional service firms, universities, utilites or other types of orgnaizations to actively engage with ACORE's policy center, as we work together to build the case for renewable energy.
